ProSidian seeks a Project Engineering Manager A for on-site client work in the Southeast region, specifically near Aiken, SC. The role focuses on engineering leadership, program management, and technical direction across multidisciplinary teams within nuclear and environmental sectors.

The position involves coordinating engineering resources, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and managing subcontractor performance to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10+ years cumulative experience in Engineering with demonstrated experience in technical Project management.
• Experience in nuclear and environmental management sector is preferred.
• Strong leadership and program management capabilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services and solutions as part of ProSidian Engagement Team.
• Lead engineering design, procurement, construction, and project controls activities.
• Manage subcontractors to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Establish baselines, deliverables, and work requests; coordinate with project controls and stakeholders.
• Maintain safety as a primary responsibility and ensure compliance with regulations.
