• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects in a general contracting or construction management environment.
• Strong background in pre-construction, estimating, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, construction operations and contract administration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall project leadership, administration, and oversight for assigned construction projects.
• Develop and implement project objectives, policies, procedures, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure scope, quality, and schedule.
• Oversee project budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and contract administration to meet milestones.
