Job summary

NuScale Power, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead internal and external projects related to Small Modular Reactor technology. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage baselines, and ensure delivery on cost, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 5+ years in project management, and experience with PMI processes and Earned Value Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field required.
• PMI PMBOK principles and processes experience preferred.
• EVM/ANSI EIA-748-C experience required or demonstrated.
• PMP certification preferred; DoE 10 CFR Part 810 eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall planning and execution of project activities.
• Maintain baseline, earned value planning, and project execution strategy.
• Identify and resolve project issues; escalate as needed.
• Provide weekly/monthly status reports on performance, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate with management to assign work packages and resources.
• Develop and control project-specific plans and procedures.
• Evaluate and oversee subcontractors supporting project objectives.
• Maintain high-quality, timely task completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
