Job summary

Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, LLC is seeking a Project Manager under limited supervision to oversee site projects, ensuring safety, cost effectiveness, and compliance with project procedures, contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include planning, staffing, directing work, interfacing with management, clients, and auditors; coordinating subcontractors; administering contracts; and contributing to business development while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field and 9 years of project managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction civil and structural Project Management Best Practices
• Attention to detail
• Expert PC skills including Microsoft software

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and organizes the work to ensure optimal utilization of employees and compliance with contract requirements, quality standards and budgetary guidelines.
• Provides leadership and motivation to subordinate personnel, and maintains relation with senior/operational management.
• Interfaces with project and client management, auditors and client representatives to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Coordinates the work activity of subcontractors and crafts to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Administers contract provisions, procurement, warehousing, accounting, payroll and document control.
• Participates in business development activities and responsible for the total operation of all assigned projects.
