Job summary

Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership in Kentucky seeks a Project Manager to support senior management, ensuring all site projects are controlled safely, cost-effectively, and compliant with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include planning, staffing, directing, coordinating with client representatives, managing subcontractors, budgeting, and safety; requires BA/BS and 9+ years' experience; strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field and 9 years of project managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typical experience ranges from 9 - 12 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of and experience with construction civil and structural Project Management Best Practices.
• Attention to detail.
• Expert PC skills including Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and organizes the work to ensure optimal utilization of employees and compliance with all contract requirements, quality standards and budgetary guidelines.
• Maintains close working relationship with senior management and/or operational management in ensuring Project Management duties are being properly executed and the needs of the company are met.
• Interfaces with project and client management to ensure Project Manager functions operate within project standard practice and procedures and contract provisions.
• Coordinates the work activity of all involved subcontractors and/or crafts to ensure efficiency and safe performance of the entire project mission.
• Responsible for the total operation of all assigned projects.
• Displays leadership and motivation to subordinate personnel.
