Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Homestead, FL is seeking a Project Manager – Nuclear-Level 4 for a 1-year contract. You will lead a project from conception to close-out, coordinating engineering, construction, and schedulers to meet milestones.

Strong nuclear leadership experience and expertise in P6, NEO, and Excel are required. The role involves travel to other nuclear sites to support outages or planned projects and requires a track record of delivering high-impact nuclear projects safely

Qualifications

• 10+ years nuclear experience, including 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Manages high-impact nuclear engineering or construction projects, including plant modifications on safety-related systems.
• Experience in P6, NEO, and strong Excel skills are desired.

About the role:

Location: Homestead, FL 33035.

We’re looking for a Project Manager – Nuclear-Level 4 on behalf of our client. This is a 1‑year contract assignment (W-2). You will manage and lead a project from conception to close‑out, aligning with best industry performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to ensure completion by schedule date.
• Create plans, cost analysis, schedules, estimations, and reports to communicate project deliverables and status of completion.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, and other functional resources to complete project goals.
• Lead and coach schedulers, cost engineers and estimators regarding project significance.
• Manage all related project controls and systems to support project development tasks.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years nuclear experience, including 7 years in a leadership role.
• Manages high‑impact nuclear engineering or construction projects, including plant modifications on safety‑related systems.
• Experience in P6, NEO, and strong Excel skills are desired.
• Position will require travel to other nuclear sites periodically to support outages or planned projects.

Base salary range: $70.00/hr to $75.00/hr (dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills).
