Job summary

HireTalent seeks a Project Manager to lead development and implementation of new product development projects for SIC. Hybrid work from Milwaukee, WI, coordinating across engineering, marketing, manufacturing and quality to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role applies Agile, manages schedules and budgets, mitigates risks, and reports progress to senior management with a strong engineering/technical background and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; we will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning and execution activities, coordinating resources, and managing finances for product development projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams for development and implementation of new product design including manufacturing, sourcing, and quality.
• Support the Agile framework that each project operates under.
• Monitor project timeline, milestones, and budget.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Understand software, firmware, mechanical, electrical, and hardware engineering disciplines for planning and risk discussions.
• Report progress to business management and senior management while ensuring commitments are achieved.
