• NNS Apprentice School graduate or NNPS graduate.
• Associate's Degree or 2-year program with 2 years exempt experience or 4 years non-exempt experience.
• Military Paygrade E-5 or above.
• High School/GED with 4 years or 8 years relevant experience depending on exempt/non-exempt.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Liaises between project management, planning, project team, and line management.
• Reviews project status and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring progress and intervention with managers and clients.
