Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in engineering, military, policy, legal, or related field.
• 3+ years in project or program management.
• Significant experience in military applications or direct military experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct strategic planning and coordinate issue resolution within military/government channels.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project documentation and systems engineering artifacts.
• Coordinate with sponsors, development staff, and campus departments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
