Job summary

Phase2 Technology seeks a Project Manager to lead national security applications within the Applied Research Laboratories environment. You will oversee project documentation, schedules, budgets, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver complex systems engineering initiatives on tight timelines.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, have at least three years in project management and related technical fields, and demonstrate leadership, strategic planning, and strong written and oral

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three years or more experience in related engineering, military, policy, legal, or other related field.
• Three years or more experience in project or program management.
• Applicant must have significant experience in military applications or direct military experience.
• Applicant must have demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Applicant must have demonstrated ability to conduct strategic planning and coordinate issue resolution or affect change within military, intelligence community, or other Government channels.
• Applicant must have demonstrated strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project documentation and systems engineering artifacts.
• Project coordination with sponsors, development staff, and campus departments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Plan and execute research, development, evaluation, and testing activities.
• Develop system concepts and proposals.
• Other related functions as assigned.
