Your impact
Jacobs is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Municipal Infrastructure team in Wisconsin. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact projects that improve the transportation networks and public infrastructure serving communities throughout southeastern and south-central Wisconsin.
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, leading the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects including local roadway improvements, utility reconstruction, WisDOT Connecting Highway projects, and other municipal capital improvement initiatives. You'll work directly with city, village, town, and county stakeholders while guiding multidisciplinary teams through project planning, design, construction, and closeout.
We're looking for a proven municipal project leader who enjoys building client relationships, developing business opportunities, mentoring technical staff, and driving project success. The base salary range for this position is $140,000.00 to $180,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
