  • Serve as a task lead or deputy project manager on municipal infrastructure projects while developing full project management capabilities.
  • Support project planning, scope development, budget tracking, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Partner directly with municipal clients, stakeholders, and agency representatives throughout project development and delivery.
  • Prepare and review plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and contract documents.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality municipal infrastructure solutions.
  • Support construction administration activities, including responding to contractor questions, reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits.
  • Participate in client meetings, public involvement efforts, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Assist with proposal preparation, business development activities, and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Mentor junior engineers and design staff while continuing to grow your own leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with permitting, planning, design, bidding, and construction phases of project delivery.
  • Experience working with municipal clients and understanding local government processes and standards.
  • Proficiency with Civil 3D and related Autodesk design software.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to expand client-facing and project leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience serving as a task lead, design lead, or project engineer on transportation projects.
