Ditesco, based in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Municipal Infrastructure to lead design and construction of municipal utility projects across northern Colorado.

The role emphasizes risk management, QA/QC, client and partner coordination, and contracts oversight. A senior leader will guide the team, develop business opportunities, and drive project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years of civil engineering and construction experience with emphasis on PM, risk mgmt, and schedule control.
• Experience managing municipal/public projects and contracts; strong reporting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management across project sectors to deliver world-class municipal projects.
• Oversee QA/QC programs on assigned projects.
• Manage client relationships and industry partners.
• Oversee contract management (GMP, Unit Price, Cost Plus, etc.).
• Provide monthly reports on profitability, risk, and project status.
• Provide senior leadership oversight to complete projects per scope of services.
• Support long-term company growth and strategic planning.
