• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue marketing and business development opportunities and cultivate client relationships.
• Lead pursuit proposals and interview teams to win new projects.
• Prepare and negotiate scopes of work, schedules, and fee proposals.
• Coordinate all aspects of projects, including public involvement, utility coordination, and permitting.
• Provide technical direction on design standards, ADA compliance, and multimodal integration.
• Perform QA/QC for deliverables and manage project budgets and invoicing.
