Job summary

Fort Collins, Colorado-based Ditesco, an ESP Company, seeks a Division Manager to supervise multiple staff and projects across civil engineering, construction management, utilities, telecoms, and special projects. You will drive program health, budgets, and client satisfaction while aligning with growth strategies.

The role requires 15 years of progressive engineering/construction experience, a Colorado PE license, and strong leadership, communication, and budget-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado required.
• Minimum of 15 years of increasingly responsible experience in engineering and construction with focus on utilities, municipal, or federal projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs and service lines (civil engineering, construction management, utilities, telecoms).
• Supervise engineers, construction managers, technicians and inspectors.
• Plan, manage budgets, and ensure project quality and client satisfaction.
• Meet regularly with clients to manage program health and drive growth.
