Job summary

Winter Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager (All Markets) to lead projects across hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, and industrial markets from preconstruction to closeout in Atlanta, GA. You will guide project staff and collaborate with owners, architects, and partners to achieve project goals.

The role reports to a Project Executive or Director and emphasizes leadership, client relations, and growing Winter's portfolio through strategic relationships and strong

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing ground-up and renovation projects of $50M+ in hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, or industrial markets.
• Strong command of project financials, buyout, and subcontract negotiation.
• Experience leading and developing project teams, including Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Business development experience, including RFP responses and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and project startup, including working estimates, buyout, and subcontract negotiations.
• Oversee project financials, including cost reporting, change management, and cash flow, to meet or exceed financial goals.
• Partner with the Superintendent to manage schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.
• Lead, train, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Interns.
• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and presentations, and build relationships with owners, architects, and industry partners to win new work.

About the Role

The Senior Project Managerleads projects across Winter's hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily,and industrial markets, providing leadership across every phase frompreconstruction through closeout to ensure each project meets its goals and objectives.Reporting to a Project Executive or Director, this role guides a team ofproject staff and plays an active part in growing Winter through businessdevelopment and client relationships.
