Job summary

Winter Construction is seeking a Superintendent II for all markets in the Atlanta area. The role leads field operations on hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, and industrial projects, planning and executing work to ensure safety, order, and efficiency on site.

This mid-senior level position requires mentoring staff and helping secure new work. Responsibilities include leading schedules, coordinating subs, managing budgets, and maintaining quality control across complex projects

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience leading ground-up and renovation projects of 20M+ in hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute all field operations, maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient jobsite.
• Lead schedule development and near-term planning with subcontractors to keep milestones on track.
• Direct subcontractor coordination and quality control, including inspections, water management, and a continuous punch process.
• Lead, train, and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
• Manage field budgets and subcontractor pay applications, and support preconstruction and pursuits of new work.
