Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience leading ground-up and renovation projects $50M+ in hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, or industrial markets.
• Strong command of project financials, buyout, and subcontract negotiation.
• Experience developing project teams and leading multiple PMs/PMEs.
• Business development experience, including RFP responses and client presentations.

• Partner with the Superintendent to manage schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and presentations, and build relationships with owners, architects, and industry partners to win new work.

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager leads projects across Winter's hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, and industrial markets, providing leadership across every phase from preconstruction through closeout to ensure each project meets its goals and objectives. Reporting to a Project Executive or Director, this role guides a team of project staff and plays an active part in growing Winter through business development and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction and project startup, including working estimates, buyout, and subcontract negotiations
• Oversee project financials, including cost reporting, change management, and cash flow, to meet or exceed financial goals
• Partner with the Superintendent to manage schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance
• Lead, train, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Interns
• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and presentations, and build relationships with owners, architects, and industry partners to win new work

Qualifications
