Job summary

Winter Construction in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Project Manager (All Markets) to lead projects across hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, and industrial markets. You will guide teams from preconstruction through closeout and drive client relationships to win new work.

The role reports to a Project Executive or Director and emphasizes leadership, financial control, and collaboration with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Strong BD involvement is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing ground-up and renovation projects of 50M+ in hospitality, municipality, government, multifamily, or industrial.
• Strong command of project financials, buyout, and subcontract negotiation.
• Experience leading and developing project teams, including Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Business development experience, including RFP responses and client presentations.

• Oversee project financials, including cost reporting, change management, and cash flow, to meet or exceed financial goals.
• Partner with the Superintendent to manage schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and presentations, and build relationships with owners, architects, and industry partners to win new work.

About The Role

The Senior Project Manager leads projects across Winter's hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, and industrial markets, providing leadership across every phase from preconstruction through closeout to ensure each project meets its goals and objectives. Reporting to a Project Executive or Director, this role guides a team of project staff and plays an active part in growing Winter through business development and client relationships.
