Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial general contracting.
• Strong track record managing multifamily projects valued at $30–$40M or more.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction documents, including plans, specs, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and construction schedules.
• Create and oversee budgets, control costs, and manage financial risks.
• Serve as the primary client contact and lead internal project teams.
• Enforce quality standards, monitor safety compliance, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee procurement activities and maintain thorough project documentation.
