Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive construction site management experience for a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of progressive experience for an Associate’s degree.
• 10+ years for a GED pathway.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
