Job summary

Thompson Thrift seeks a Maintenance Manager for Venture on Venetucci in Colorado Springs to lead day‑to‑day maintenance at a Class A multifamily community, ensuring safety, asset protection, and top‑quality resident service.

You will supervise technicians, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure OSHA/Fair Housing compliance, with on‑call duties and occasional snow removal as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered
• EPA certification required
• Minimum 4 years in apartment or property maintenance
• 2+ years supervisory/lead maintenance experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians to ensure quality work and timely completion
• Oversee daily maintenance operations including service requests and make-readies
• Ensure service requests are completed within established timelines
• Manage apartment turn processes to reduce vacancy downtime
• Execute and maintain a preventative maintenance program with regular inspections
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including bids and oversight
