Job summary

We Search People partners with a South Dallas general contractor to recruit a Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily and commercial construction. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships across North Texas.

This is a hands-on leadership role with growth opportunities in a fast-moving market. You will collaborate with owners, developers, and design teams to deliver quality projects on time

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor environment.
• Experience delivering ground-up multifamily and commercial construction projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management knowledge.
• Experience managing projects through full construction lifecycle.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar CM software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the Dallas–Fort Worth construction market is advantageous.

We are partnered with a rapidly growing general contractor based in South Dallas to recruit a Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily and commercial construction projects.

We are looking for a proven construction professional who can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
