Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager required.
• Experience in multi-family projects with Type 1 & 5 construction.
• Preferred experience in construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Direct project team in the schematic design process.
• Oversee preparation of complete contract documents.
• Monitor budgets and billings.
