Job summary

TCA Architects is seeking a Project Manager for the Oakland studio to lead a project team from schematic design through construction administration. The PM will work with the Studio Director, coordinate with designers and the QC team, manage documents, budgets, and consultant coordination, and mentor junior staff.

The position requires a minimum of 5 years as PM on multi-family projects, knowledge of Revit, and a Bachelor’s in Architecture with California licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager on multi-family projects.
• Knowledge of Type 1 & 5 construction and a strong grasp of construction administration.
• California licensed Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct a project team through schematic design, contract documents and construction administration.
• Oversee contract documents, redlines, budgets, billings, and consultant coordination.
• Mentor and train the documentation team to deliver design intent.
