Job summary

DAHLIN Architecture in San Diego seeks an Architectural Project Manager for its Multifamily group. You will lead projects from design through construction, coordinating budgets, schedules, and scope to deliver client satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years of multifamily experience, US codes knowledge, and proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM. This hybrid position demands onsite presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience coordinating all project efforts through all phases.
• Experience with multifamily projects in the United States.
• Knowledge of U.S. building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices.
• Experience coordinating with U.S.-based clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all project efforts to ensure efficient execution through DD, CD, and CA.
• Estimate fees, determine scope, prepare proposals and contracts, and monitor adherence.
• Actively manage budgets, schedules, programs, communication, documentation, and team assignments.
• Serve as client liaison to ensure satisfaction with schedule, budgets, and scope.
• Provide oversight and monitor the work of less experienced staff.
