Job summary

TCA Architects' Oakland studio is seeking a Project Manager to lead a design team through schematic design, contract documents, and construction administration for high-density multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Located in downtown Oakland with a hybrid schedule (office Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri), the PM collaborates with designers, the QC team, and consultants to deliver the design intent on time and within budget. A Bachelor's in Architecture and Revit experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager working on multi-family projects.
• Experience with Type 1 & 5 construction.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct project teams through schematic design, production of contract documents, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with designers, other project teams, and QC to deliver the design intent.
• Oversee contract documents, redline drawings and specifications, and manage budgets and billings.
• Mentor and train documentation team and manage consultants.
