Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee design and renovation efforts across multiple properties. You will manage contracts, coordinate with design teams, and lead project progress from pre-construction through disposition.

You will report to the Director/Asset Management and ensure budgets, schedules, and owner requirements are met while driving quality and safety on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management.
• Project management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of each project from design through renovation and disposition.
• Coordinate with the design and construction teams daily for progress and issues.
• Contract consultants and negotiate budgets, schedules and scopes.
• Provide owner input during design and prepare monthly draw requests.
• Lead meetings, track status, and report on budget, schedule and risks.
• Ensure timely procurement of Owner-furnished items and closes with final lessons learned.
