Job summary

Pacific Mobile Structures’ Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and close-out of construction projects, from standard modular placements to turnkey projects. You will ensure designs, schedules, and budgets meet objectives, direct day-to-day operations, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive risk mitigation to achieve profitable outcomes and satisfied clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience on commercial construction projects.
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA 10 certification.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to read and interpret project plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Review submittals from subcontractors, coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients.
• Manage change orders, including pricing negotiations and documentation.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Supervise project teams and mentor junior staff; lead process improvements.
