Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in Mixed-Use Construction
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Superior problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from planning to implementation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to ensure project objectives are met
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget, timeline, and resources, and ensure their successful execution
• Monitor project progress regularly and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and manage any unforeseen issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety procedures
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and all stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and status to stakeholders and senior management
