Job summary

Cache Valley Electric seeks an experienced Project Manager – Mission Critical to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in our Mission Critical division. You will own financial performance, schedule, procurement, documentation, and execution from preconstruction through turnover, working with field leadership, general contractors, owners, engineers, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a strong electrical construction background and can manage complex, fast-paced data center projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical builds.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specs, contracts and schedules.
• Strong financial skills to forecast costs and analyze project performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership to coordinate field teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction to turnover.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, schedules, and manpower plans.
• Monitor costs, productivity, change orders, and profitability.
• Review drawings and contracts to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate with field leadership, engineers, vendors, and owners.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change management.
• Prepare pricing for scope changes and oversee procurement of major equipment.
• Track delivery dates and impacts on the schedule; adjust as needed.
• Provide regular status, financial, and risk updates to leadership.
• Promote safety, quality, teamwork, and customer service culture.
