Job summary
Primoris Pipeline is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Houston team, overseeing all phases of engineering projects from planning to turnover. The role blends technical leadership with client-focused business development to drive profitability and growth.
You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate schedules, procurement, and subcontractor activity, while maintaining budgets and schedules.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing midstream EPC projects
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team management
- Sales and account growth experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication across levels
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams to optimize resource utilization and execution efficiency
- Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, budgets, and schedules
- Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and client reports
- Cultivate relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business
- Oversee planning, procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Monitor schedules, scope, and cost controls; manage internal financials and risk
- Serve as primary client liaison for coordination, budgeting, and compliance
