Job summary

Leoforce in Midland, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle, coordinating with engineering and clients to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong leadership and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

You will own the bill of materials and cut lists, manage budgets and forecasts, and present status reports to senior management. A PMP or CAPM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred (advanced degree also valued).
• Minimum 5 years in project management, ideally in metal fabrication/heavy manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Issue and track RFIs, drawing revisions, and customer submittals.
• Own BOM and cut lists in coordination with engineering.
• Develop and manage project budgets; forecast and control costs.
• Build relationships with clients, team members, and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; implement contingency plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
