Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through execution in Minnesota. You will craft budgets, timelines, and work plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of PM experience in construction, strong budgeting and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed. PMP is a plus, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Proficiency in budgeting, estimating, and fiscal management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee construction projects from planning to execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and work plans.
• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to meet budgets and timelines.
• Handle contract management, including negotiation and compliance.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Apply strategic planning to forecast and coordinate activities.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
