• Lead complex cross-functional projects and programs spanning multiple functions, sites, and product development phases.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and critical path analyses.
• Drive execution against project objectives while balancing scope, schedule, quality, cost, and risk considerations.
• Independently identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead resolution efforts.
• Ensure alignment among project stakeholders and facilitate timely decision-making.
