Job summary

Harris, a national mechanical contractor in the Detroit area, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead HVAC construction projects through all phases, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule compliance.

Candidates should have 8+ years of construction project management experience and deep knowledge of mechanical systems, with strong skills in reading construction documents, design techniques, and business development. Travel is expected.

Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines and communications are maintained.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $122,166.71 - $183,250.06

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
