Job summary

Harris Computer in the United States seeks a Project Manager - Mechanical Construction to oversee HVAC construction projects and drive safety, scope, documentation, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with field teams and clients to ensure objectives are met.

Required are a bachelor degree or equivalent, 3+ years in building and construction, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software. PMP and OSHA 30 are a plus; LEED knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent years experience.
• 3+ years knowledge or experience in the building and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, design techniques, tools and principles.
• Proven ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Estimating software.
• PMP certification and OSHA 30 a plus.
• LEED accredited/knowledge a plus.

Pay Range:

$67,524.87 - $101,287.31

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
