Harris is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Rochester, MN to lead HVAC construction projects. You will oversee safety, document control, scope, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder relations, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met while maintaining top quality and communication with clients and teams.

We expect 8+ years in construction project management, strong mechanical knowledge, and capability to read complex construction documents. Willingness to travel is required.

The purpose of your role as a Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines and communications are maintained.

Pay Range: $105,508 - $158,261 per year.
