Senior Project Manager – Heavy Mechanical

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong heavy mechanical background to oversee and manage complex industrial projects in the Port Arthur, TX area. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record managing heavy mechanical projects in industrial, petrochemical, refinery, or similar environments.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning and execution through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage heavy mechanical projects from initial planning through execution and completion.

Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Strong understanding of industrial construction processes and project execution.

Experience working in refinery, petrochemical, oil and gas, or similar industrial facilities preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work onsite in the Port Arthur, TX area.
