Do you have experience leading large-scale mechanical projects and want to take on a role with even greater impact? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of strategic projects, build high-performing teams, and drive consistent, high-quality results.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers
• Oversee project financials and profitability
• Champion the company's safety culture
• Partner with VDC teams and shops on lean construction methods
• Manage procurement and ensure on‑time deliveries

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing individual projects over $5MM and portfolios over $15MM
• Bachelor of Science in a related discipline (preferred)
• Experience partnering with labor unions
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and interpersonal skills
