Capital One, a Fortune 500 bank, seeks a Sr. Associate Project Manager for Hotel Operations: Luxury Travel.

You will lead medium to large cross-departmental projects with measurable impact, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery across the luxury travel programs. Responsibilities include planning, executing, reporting, and identifying process improvements while fostering strong partnerships with internal and external teams to enhance the customer experience and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience required.
Masters/MBA preferred.
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification desired.

Responsabilités

Lead medium to large-scale cross-departmental projects with direct impact on the company.
Drive cross-functional projects with defined priorities; manage scope, timelines, budgets; identify risks and mitigate as needed.
Plan, design, manage and execute project plans across feasibility, design, planning and implementation stages.
Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status.
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to drive delivery.
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
