MPI recruits a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead high-end residential and custom home projects for a Luxury Builder in Boston. Projects range from $2M-$20M, with a collaborative team and strong growth trajectory.

Procore proficiency, 7-10+ years of residential construction leadership, and a passion for quality are required. Offering a competitive base salary up to $210K, bonus, full benefits, 401k with company match, a company truck and fuel, plus generous PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years leading high-profile residential construction projects.
• Must have brownstone/custom home renovation experience in Boston.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of high end residential and custom home projects.
• Coordinating with the VP and project team to meet objectives.
• Leading planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities.
• Monitoring progress and staying within budget.
• Reviewing plans, specs, and budgets for approvals.
• Identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Working with contractors, subs, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with regs and safety standards.
• Conducting site visits to assess progress and quality.
• Providing technical guidance to resolve construction issues.
• Fostering collaborative, positive work environment for project success.
