Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee lighting and/or gear projects from initiation through completion. You will collaborate with sales, estimating, accounting, and warehouse teams, direct junior staff, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project management within electrical construction, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office; Solar ERP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or within electrical construction.
• Experience with lighting and/or gear projects is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with schematics/prints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lighting and/or gear projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams and direct junior staff.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Provide quarterly updates on projects, including financials.
• Manage project risks, change requests, and prioritize tasks.
