Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• 12+ years of construction PM experience; 2+ years leading large multi-discipline teams.
• Proven track record in project management service delivery for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering on major projects.
• Ensure service excellence in project management delivery and client engagement.
• Lead research on market conditions and produce thought leadership reports.
• Oversee strategic and operational management of Project Management Services.
• Drive business development and cross-selling opportunities; manage budgets.
