Qualifications

• Proven success managing projects exceeding $5M or multiple concurrent projects over $1M.
• Strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to resolve complex project challenges independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects ranging from 20M+.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and potential challenges.
• Oversee project logistics and workflow planning.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and new project opportunities.
• Ensure successful project delivery from preconstruction through close-out.
