Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc in Richmond seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex construction programs, ensuring financial performance, client satisfaction, and alignment with company goals across aviation, state government and data center opportunities.

You will oversee GMP development, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and safety while mentoring project teams and driving value through disciplined preconstruction and project start-up activities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred and 10+ years of experience.
• Demonstrates leadership skills with ability to face challenges, solve problems, and motivate others.
• Supervises and develops direct reports while prioritizing responsibilities.
• Must manage budgets, schedules and ensure quality and safety on projects.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages project budgets and GMP development.
• Understands owner contract requirements, bonds, fees, schedules and costs.
• Develops monthly PFR and LCR projections.
• Develops and implements a Project Incentive Compensation Plan.
