Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages project budgets and GMP development.
• Preconstruction budgeting, cost reporting, and final cost projections.
• Manages subcontracting process from scope review to final execution.
• Manages project start-up, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Maintains safety, quality and loss prevention programs on site.
• Develops client and stakeholder relationships to drive opportunities.
