Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of construction leadership experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory roles.
• Extensive experience managing trades and subcontractors.
• Mastery of field management skills including safety, schedule, and cost controls.
• Proficient in project documentation, reporting, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Review progress and cost reports with the project manager.
• Lead preconstruction planning regarding schedule and budget.
• Coordinate safety, quality control, and procedures with teams.
• Manage site activities, labor relations, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
