Qualifications
- 15+ years of vertical commercial construction experience.
- Experience leading projects with financials and schedules.
- College graduate; degree or equivalent experience considered.
Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site construction with 5–20 engineers and superintendents.
- Lead client interface and manage owner expectations.
- Direct preconstruction activities: bids, buy-out, contract administration.
- Review change orders and evaluate subcontractor proposals for accuracy.
- Manage project schedule and ensure compliance with Beck’s policy.
- Identify cost savings through value engineering.
- Develop accurate general conditions budgets.
- Negotiate disputes with Owners/Architects/Subcontractors.
- Ensure contracts and purchase orders align with documents.
- Build relationships to win $25M+ in work annually.
