Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience across multifamily, senior housing, hospitality, or similar projects.
• 5+ years in a Project Manager or equivalent role.
• Experience leading projects valued at $15M+.
• Renovation experience; historical renovations a plus.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship skills.
• Solid scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and project delivery understanding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple construction projects and teams.
• Lead complex projects, monitoring schedule, budget, quality, and performance.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other staff.
• Assess strengths, identify development needs, and coach regularly.
• Assign project teams based on needs, experience, and growth goals.
• Serve as a technical, strategic, and procedural resource for teams.
• Identify risks and guide teams to timely, effective solutions.
• Monitor profitability and steer decisions for strong financial results.
• Build relationships with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of professionals.
• Promote consistency, accountability, and Pavilion standards.
• Partner with regional leadership to support goals.
